Before calculating whether a pass saves money, here are the 2026 gate prices for Singapore's top attractions:

Go City Essentials, is it worth it?

Cost: SGD 99 adult / SGD 79 child. Covers 3 attractions. Break-even requires your 3 chosen attractions to total more than SGD 99 at gate price, which almost every combination achieves:

• Night Safari (SGD 55) + Zoo (SGD 48) + Big Bus (SGD 39) = SGD 142 gate value. Saving: SGD 43.
• Gardens (SGD 53) + Night Safari (SGD 55) + Cable Car (SGD 35) = SGD 143. Saving: SGD 44.
• Zoo (SGD 48) + S.E.A. Aquarium (SGD 43) + Big Bus (SGD 39) = SGD 130. Saving: SGD 31.

Verdict: The Essentials pass almost always pays off if you're visiting 3 of the main attractions. The only scenario it doesn't is if you pick 3 low-cost attractions (e.g. ArtScience + Big Bus + Cable Car = SGD 96 gate value, you'd save slightly more buying individually).

Go City Explorer, is it worth it?

Cost: from SGD 134 adult (3 attractions) up to ~SGD 269 (7 attractions). Valid 30 days. The Explorer becomes increasingly good value as you add more attractions:

• 5 attractions: ~SGD 179 pass vs ~SGD 219 gate average = saving of SGD 40 per adult
• 7 attractions: ~SGD 229 pass vs ~SGD 295 gate average = saving of SGD 66 per adult

The Explorer is best for flexible multi-day trips where you're spreading sights across a week. The 30-day clock gives real flexibility, you can use it for a couple of days, do free activities for 2–3 days, then return to paid attractions.

Go City All-Inclusive, is it worth it?

Cost: SGD 299 (2 days) → SGD 599 (7 days). This is the only pass that includes Universal Studios Singapore (SGD 83 alone). Two-day break-even example:

• Day 1: USS (SGD 83) + Night Safari (SGD 55) = SGD 138
• Day 2: Zoo (SGD 48) + Gardens (SGD 53) + Cable Car (SGD 35) = SGD 136
• Total gate: SGD 274 vs pass SGD 299. Marginal loss of SGD 25.

Add one more attraction (ArtScience Museum, River Wonders, S.E.A. Aquarium) and the pass tips into positive territory. The 2-day All-Inclusive is worth it if you're doing USS + 4–5 other paid sights across two back-to-back days. It is not worth it if you want USS and only 1–2 other sights, in that case, buy USS individually and use Klook or Essentials for the other attractions.

Klook Pass Singapore, is it worth it?

Cost: from SGD 93 (2 attractions). Flexible pick-any model with 30 days to activate and another 30 days to redeem. Klook wins at the entry level:

• 2 attractions: SGD 93 vs ~SGD 91 gate average = marginal difference; Klook wins on flexibility
• 3 attractions: ~SGD 118 vs ~SGD 146 gate average = saving of ~SGD 28
• 5 attractions: ~SGD 169 vs ~SGD 219 gate average = saving of ~SGD 50

Klook's double 30-day window (30 days to start, then 30 more to use remaining activities) makes it the most forgiving pass for uncertain itineraries.

Solo traveller, which pass?

For a solo 3-day trip with 5 sights: Go City Explorer at ~SGD 179 is the sweet spot. Klook at ~SGD 169 is slightly cheaper but has a narrower selection. The Essentials at SGD 99 only covers 3 attractions, add a 4th and 5th individually and you'd be paying SGD 99 + ~SGD 88 = SGD 187, slightly more than Explorer. For 3 sights, Essentials wins. For 5+, Explorer.

Family of 4, which pass?

Family of 2 adults + 2 children doing 3 attractions (Zoo + Night Safari + Gardens):

• Gate total: (SGD 48+33) + (SGD 55+36) + (SGD 53+28) × 2 adults + 2 children = SGD 506
• Go City Essentials: 2× SGD 99 + 2× SGD 79 = SGD 356. Saving: SGD 150.

For families, the savings compound significantly, it's almost always worth buying a pass.

When the Singapore pass is NOT worth it

• You're visiting for 1 day and only want 1–2 paid attractions
• Your itinerary is mainly free: Marina Bay waterfront, Chinatown, Little India, hawker centres, Sentosa beach
• You only want Universal Studios, at SGD 83, buying individually and using Klook for 1 other sight is often cheaper than the SGD 299 All-Inclusive
• You're visiting during Chinese New Year when some attractions have reduced hours or closures
