Klook exclusive advantages: Occasional Klook-only discounts and flash sales. The Klook app also sells standalone tickets for things outside the pass (transport, food tours, day trips to Batam or Bintan).

Validity and flexibility

Klook Pass has the most generous validity structure: you have 30 days from purchase to activate, then another 30 days from activation to redeem your remaining activities. This is ideal for travellers who aren't certain of their exact Singapore dates or want to spread visits across a longer trip. You don't lose anything if your first few days get rained out or plans change.

Go City Explorer starts its 30-day clock the moment you use the pass for the first time. This is still very flexible, but slightly more time-pressured than Klook if you're on a longer trip. Plan your first use for when you're genuinely starting your sightseeing.

Go City Essentials has the same 30-day window as Explorer. The constraint is that you must pre-select which 3 attractions you want at the time of booking the pass, you can't change them after purchase, so be certain before buying.

Go City All-Inclusive is the most restrictive: consecutive calendar days only. Once you activate it, every subsequent calendar day counts whether you use it or not. Plan for back-to-back full sightseeing days.

App and booking experience

Klook: The Klook app is polished and widely used across Asia. After buying the pass, individual attraction bookings are made inside the app with clear date/time slot selection. Klook has strong 24-hour customer support and a well-established dispute/refund process.

Go City: The Go City app is functional and purpose-built for passes. It shows your remaining attractions, validity countdown, and QR codes. Booking for timed-entry attractions (Zoo, USS, Night Safari) is done via the Go City app before arrival. Interface is slightly less polished than Klook but perfectly usable.
